Excellent Headphones
This product is great! It fits comfortably in your ear and has great base.
Terrible earphones
Tried changing the different sized ear plugs and found that it was literally impossible to change. Do not purchase this product if you have ears too small or too big. The default size that is on there will continually to fall out.
great earphones
For the price, these are the best earphones I’ve tried. As another reviewer said, the earphone kind of hooks into your ear so they don’t seem to fall out. Can’t comment on durability yet.
it was ok
They feel wierd when you put them in your ears. I didn’t notice any difference between them and normal head phones (sound reducing wise).
Good sound, Poor fit, for me.
I purchased the elago E3 earphones to use at the gym and to replace my Apple earbuds. When I first received the earphones, I found the sound to have too much bass, but after making adjustments on my iPod, the sound was very good. Initially I thought the fit was okay, but after just a few uses at the gym on a stationary bike and elliptical machine, I had problems keeping them in my ears. I did not have this problem with the earbuds. If you intend to use these earphones while remaining perfectly still, than they are a good choice. Otherwise, I would look elsewhere.
AWESOMEST HEADPHONES EVER
I was sorta reluctant to pay $12 bucks for headphones since ive always thought that headphones will always just break and ill have to buy some again. BUT, these are pretttty awesome. Best ones I’ve had. A must buy if the sale is still on.
You get what you pay for
These have a good $10 dollar sound so as far as bang for your buck I say they are an ok deal. However comfort fit is far fetched. These buds are shaped funny and do not stay in my ears.
Cheap and amazing.. From a music major
I had the Coby CVE92 Isolation Stereo Earphones which worked great until the cord gave out broke near one of the earbuds. So I bought these after reading the comparisons and the much cheaper price ($7 + S&H) compared to Sennheiser CX300-B Earbuds (Black)and the JBuds J3 Micro Atomic In-Ear Earphones with Travel Case (Jet Black) [Amazon Frustration-Free Packaging].
Midrange is good. Bass is excellent. The highs are pretty good, but not as clear as $50+ headphones I use regularly.
These do not fall out of your ear and are quite comfortable.
This is my first review of ANY product on amazon. Since I am writing it on these ear buds, I’m quite happy with my purchase and will recommend these to anyone!
Great price for a good product means it has enormous VALUE!
I bought 2 of these and after receiving them I bought 2 more. They are that good. The sound is not as accurate as the Apple in ear headphones but these also have better bass response. The sound is rich and full. The Apple in ears are also 10 times the cost of these headphones. Apple In-ear Headphones with Remote & MicSo I bought a bunch to give to family and to keep as backups. They certainly are cheap enough.
The cord is about 6 inches longer than the current generation headset w/mic that comes with the iPhone 4. I would say the length is about 33 inches from tip to tip. The cord is also symmetrical between the left and right headset. It also includes the little cord cinch like on the Apple versions so you can cinch the cord under your chin.
Please note, as the photos above suggests, THIS HEADPHONE DOES NOT COME WITH A MIC! It’s only the headphones.
Finally, I’ve never heard of Elago but I think they make some wonderfully designed Apple accessories that add tremendous value.
No speaker for iphone, cord too long, sound not that great.
Yep, can’t have a conversation on the iphone as one can with the apple supplied set. The cord of these is ridiculously long and as such annoying. These things also don’t produce as much sound as the oem apples, but they are far more comfortable than apple’s product.
I resent seeing the biblical references on the packaging. It immediately made me suspicious of the company as I have seen criminals play the religiosity card in order to take advantage of people, among them someone close to me who lost tens of thousands of dollars.
It wouldn’t surprise me to find, in time, that this company has ended up screwing over about everybody it has done business with.
It is especially rich that this company has the crassness to broadcast its supposed Christianity on its packaging and then has it all Made in COMMUNIST CHINA, by a bunch of presumably Godless Communists.
I can’t take the hypocrisy. You shouldn’t either. There are many other fine, upstanding companies (Klipsch, for example) that produce high quality speaker buds for iphones and ipods, why not seek them out?
In fact, here is an example for you lest you think I’m some kind of anti-Christian zealot (happily attended parochial school in my early years, by the way): I have bought thousands of dollars of items here with amazon in hundreds of transactions.
This one is the ONLY ONE that was accompanied by a Postage Due notice that I had to pay in order to rcve the package, and the only secular one that had biblical references as part of the packaging.
What a funny conincidence, wouldn’t you say?
The Best. Better then Sure, Bose, and so on…
After my top of the line Sure e-350s broke I was in need of some new headphones. Sure was willing to replace the broken ones for $250 but, that is half of what thy cost so I was not at all willing to put $700 in headphones that will break again. After I got these in the mail, I put them on and my first impression was not good. I thought the bass was to much and that the highs where drowned out by it. God was I wrong. After turring the Bass Boster EQ on my iPod off, i played the same song again. My God did it sound good.
To compare them put my Bose sound canceling headphones on and turned the volume up. Yea, they sounded good and they are $200. These are 20 and they sound amazing!
So far, pretty awesome.
I was attracted to these headphones because they were on special. I’ve been through a bunch of ear bud style headphones and I have to say these are the best under $20.00 ones I’ve purchased so far. (probably better than some of the $40-50 ones I have). Mind you I’ve only had them for less than a week but the sound quality is great… deep bass, treble doesn’t break up when volume is set high. As for the durability, jury is still out.
I would add another great feature of this product is the earbuds fit snug so it never feels like it will fall out. It kinda “hooks” into the little curve on the bottom of your ear. It’s hard to describe but it works well.
Awesome headphones!
I was searching for a good pair of headphones that would not empty my wallet… And I found them! These headphones have an awesome stylish design and fit snuggly in my ears. Elago have really outdone themselves this time….. Such great quality at a low price!
