Rocks, thumps, pounds, very natural sound
If I would have known I could get the same sound as my car stereo for ten bucks, I would have probably just went with these. With a proper seal the bass is deep and amazing, yet I can still hear every detail and then some in my music and minimal outside noise. And they perform well with many different types of music, as well as great on a laptop, desktop, as well as my old 2nd gen ipod nano. Don’t know how people can say these suck or have no bass. They also pass my Ludacris “how low can you go” test because even many expensive headphones cannot reproduce the lowest bass note in this song as well as these can. Listening to pandora internet radio is great too, which is important to me because there is no equalizer setting that can be changed on pandora. At this price, the sound is a deal. Not sure how well the reliability will be, but even if they only last 4 months, in my opinion it is worth going through three of these a year for this sound. I’ll keep you posted if they break soon- I read on their website that skullcandy will replace them for free if it is breakage from normal use such as a short
Skull Candy Ink’ed Ear-buds
I bought these wanting to know how well skull candy can make ear buds. I was not looking to spend a lot of money. The last pair of good ear buds I bought were $20 from Walmart and these were only $10. For the price I decided to check them out. After they got in and I tested them out I was surprised by the quality of sound. I really only have one complaint and thats the bass is not as good as I would like. I take my bass seriously so I am a little more harsh towards judging it. But for the bass I would give it a 9 out of 10. Overall I would and will recommend these to a friend and for the price of $10 what a deal.

Excellent sound quality and build quality for the price. They’re the earphones I use the most, and work well with my HTC Incredible and Toshiba notebook. I’ve used these for about 6 months and will definitely buy more.

I absolutely love these headphones. This was my second pair of skullcany ink’d headphones. one of the earbuds stopped working on my first pair because the cord was pulled out some next to the plug. but that was from months of use and it was my fault. The sound quality is incredible(especialy for the price), you can literaly feel the bass in your ears. Overall GREAT product for the money(I paid $9.99 and got free shipping)!!!!!!!!!

I bought a pair of blue smoking buds over 5 years ago, and they are STILL going strong! These are literally the best earbuds I have ever worn, including some made by Sony. Supremely customizable with the multiple sizes of ear cups, very low profile that barely sticks out of your ears yet fills your head with such incredible bass. These were the first earbuds I had ever used that made my eyes feel like they were rippling.
They are incredibly durable too. I took a tumble on my bicycle doing 45mph and ground them beneath my chest and the road, they still worked! They were scratched to heck and back and were missing the cups, but they still worked! Besides, I still had the other two pairs, lol.
Seriously, if you want an incredible pair of earbuds for an extremely affordable price: Look no further then these. You’ll never look back.

Great Product for Price
If you are looking for a cost effective way to buy new headphones then these are for you. They completely drown out any external noise. They isolate the sound so well that I find myself listening at very low volume levels. The headphones are able to pick up sounds that I wasn’t able to hear on my previous pair of IPod headphones. It definitely takes some getting used to the ear buds in your ears but the options of different sizes help to ease that problem. Overall, a great buy for the price.

I recommend. 5/5 stars. 9.99, no shipping, no tax. Arrived 3-5 days after I ordered it. The bass sounds great and there are three sets of buds to fit your ear. Also, the cable is pretty long as well, long enough to run comfortably with. Even if they last only 6 months after being sweated while I exercise, they will still have been a good deal.
The Connoisseur of Cheap Headphones Approves
I’ve bought a number of headphones in this price range over the years. As an athlete, I’m always looking for headphones that will provide comfort for at least an hour at a time, and remain in my ears for the duration (rather than slipping out for no apparent reason, or mid workout, due to sweat). As a music lover, I always hope that my headphones will provide an accurate rendition of the music, without sounding too tinny or as if I’m listening through a loudspeaker system. Finally, as a consumer, I’m looking for headphones that fit well, isolate me from the noise of the city I live and work in, and are able to handle being put in my bag and taken out multiple times during the day without the inner cord of the headphones snapping.
These fit the bill, in all categories. I would definitely buy these again and recommend them to my friends. In addition, they shipped extremely fast and I love the range of colors. In fact, I might buy a spare set just in case…
Good little ear buds
I never knew how people did so much with ear buds in without them falling out, until I bought these for my husband. He liked them for the same reason so I needed to buy my own instead of stealing his. Sound is good but the fit is great.
Good for the price
Use with my IPhone. Good sound quality and comfort for the money. Cannot hear external sounds when using these. I like these better than the earplugs that came with my IPhone. I haven’t ever tried exercising with these, so I don’t know how well they would work with that.
Great Set of ear buds
I’m hard on ear buds as I use them almost everyday, all day long. I’m usually in a hurry and don’t take care of them like I should so I usually buy 3-4 pairs at a time, so I will always have a set around. These sound awesome and give great sound quality, while also keeping out much of the noise in the office. I don’t want all the noise from the office kept out as I have to be able to know when someone is talking to me so these work for me. They are durable and haven’t had to replace the first set yet, so I have a stash built up. My grandson who is six loves them also, but they aren’t made for the smaller ears openings so my granddaughter who is 4 can’t use them.
These are amazing
I just love these earbuds. I can play them sooo loud and they don’t blow out. When I’m listening to music, everyone around me can’t hear what I’m listening to. They fir great in my ear with 3 different size option things. The only minor problem is when i turn the plug it makes a small amount of static. And after a while, the wires in the part between the plug and going out through the cord tend to break, but that goes with pretty much all headphones I use, going through a couple months before the wires break. But fir the cheap price and the amazing quality, these are definitely worth it.
CREAM OF THE CROP
For those of you who are looking for a great set of ear buds, look no further. I used these earbuds last night while I was working on one of my engines (helicopter turbines) and the noise was no issue. The buds them selves creat the perfect seal to block out most of the noise I deal with on a daily basis. Add and ipod or an mp3 player of some type and you have a great set of plugs with tunes for high noise areas. The shipping was pretty fast too. I had my buds in about 6 days after I placed my order. keep in mind these earbuds made the long trip from the states to Bagdahd Iraq. I will be buying these in the future as i need them.
